Cacao Crepes

Cacao Crepes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Maja's Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 2 cups non-dairy milk (Ex. soy, almond, oat)
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 2 bananas
- Oil spray
- Optional: Chocolate syrup
Instructions:
Begin by preparing the batter for the crepes. In a large bowl, add Maja’s Pancake & Waffle mix, the non-dairy milk, the cocoa, and the olive oil. Mix until well combined. You want the mixture to be pretty thin.
Next, heat a frying pan over low-medium heat and add a little spray oil to the pan. With a ladle, add a scoop of the crepe mixture to cover the bottom of the pan in a thin layer (move the pan in a circular motion until the bottom of the pan is covered). Cook the crepe on one side until you start to see tiny bubbles. That tells you that the crepe is fully cooked on one side! Gently flip the crepe so the other side can cook as well. Once both sides of the crepe look fully cooked and nicely golden brown, transfer the crepe to a plate and repeat the process until all the batter has been used.
Once all the crepes have been cooked, the fun part begins! Have fun layering and decorating them with fresh fruit, chocolate syrup, nutella, etc. Yum!
