Peach Parfait

Peach Parfait Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 single-serve pouch of Maja's Cacao + Coconut Overnight Oats (or ⅓ cup of the Multi-serve)
- 2 peaches
- 2 cups vegan yogurt
- ¼ cup grated coconut
Instructions:
Begin this recipe by preparing the overnight oat mixture. Mix 1 cup of the vegan yogurt with the Cacao + Coconut Overnight Oats and let it set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Once the oats and pudding have set and are ready to go, cut the fresh peaches into small cubes, and then you may begin assembling the parfait.
In your favorite parfait container, begin the layering. Spoon a heap of the overnight oats on the bottom of the container followed by a spoonful of the remaining yogurt. Top with the fresh peaches and repeat the layering until all contents are used. Top the parfait with the grated coconut and any remaining peaches and enjoy!
