Pumpkin Pancakes Recipe
Yield: 10 medium pancakes

- Whole Pouch of Maja Pancake Mix
- 1 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
To begin, take out a large bowl and add the pouch of Maja Pancake mix. Next, you’ll want to whisk in the milk and oil until well combined. Add the pumpkin purée and pumpkin pie spice to the mix. The consistency should be nice and thick! Let the batter sit for about 5-10 minutes to thicken up.
Prep your skillet by greasing it and then heating it to low/medium heat. Pour about ⅓ cup of the batter onto the skillet for a medium-sized pancake. Each pancake should take about 2-3 minutes to turn perfectly golden brown!
