Pumpkin Spice Oats
The air is crisp, the leaves are beginning to turn, and the pumpkin-flavored treats are back! If you’re anything like most of this generation, you’ve probably already stopped for a hot pumpkin spiced latte or treated yourself to a yummy pumpkin dessert. Well, we have another delicious one to try - Pumpkin Spice Oats!
These overnight oats are so easy and so satisfying. While they are best after soaking in the fridge overnight, you can also make them quickly if you’re in more of a rush. They are sure to give you all the fall feels.

First, start with a single serving of Maja's Banana Bread Protein Oats and add it to your overnight oats container (if using Maja’s multiserve mix, use ¼ cup of the mix).
Next, add ½ cup of your favorite milk, such as almond milk or coconut milk, to the bowl along with ¼ cup of organic pumpkin puree. Mix well! These turn out the best after setting overnight, but they should at least set for a few minutes if you are in more of a rush.
Finally, add a little more fall flair by topping it off with ¼ tsp of pumpkin spice, a cinnamon stick, and some non-dairy coconut whipped cream. Yum!
